The Box Four E-Bike Cassette offers high gears with more teeth to withstand the rigors of modern E-Bike riding. Adding an extra tooth to each of the three highest gears provides increased durability and decreased wear by distributing the load over a larger area! Box Four adapts our Prime 9 philosophy of durability, simplicity, and reliability at a great price point. All cogs are stamped from steel, given our durable black coating and then the larger cogs are pinned to each other with spacers for easy installation. The Hex Lab 3/32" Titanium Cogs are CNC-machined from bulletproof titanium. They are designed to fit Shimano compatible cassette hubs and have a 5mm wide inner base, giving a more solid interface with the cassette body. Key differences: The Hex Lab 3/32" CNC Titanium Cogs are engineered and crafted for durability without compromising weight. They offer the strength and wear resistance of steel and are lighter than aluminum. As a result, they yield better shock absorption than the Box One Aluminum or Box One Chromoly Cogs. They are available in an oil slick or natural finish. The alloy cogs are anodized black with laser-etched graphics.
